There is a buzz in the air… it’s awards season at Travel Counsellors and we are excited!

INDUSTRY AWARDS

Awards are important to a business as they recognise the success and effort within industry. For Travel Counsellors, it’s a special year having recently been announced as finalists at the 2018 NTIA and Women In Travel awards.

Held on 21 June, the Women In Travel awards celebrate the invaluable contribution of women to the Australian Travel industry through their leadership and innovation. Three Travel Counsellors have been nominated for an award across three catagories:

Donna Jones, NSW (Salesperson of the Year)

Karen Coates, SA (Entrepreneur of the Year)

Suzanne Watson, QLD (Corporate)

In July, the AFTA National Travel Industry Awards (NTIA) will recognise excellence within the Travel Industry across 38 categories and Travel Counsellors are delighted to be finalists in the following categories:

Best Broker Network

Best Travel Agent Technology Innovation

Best Travel Consultant – Retail (Matt Schmitz, VIC)

 

TRAVEL COUNSELLORS TOP ACHIEVERS AWARDS

The annual Top Achievers awards recognise top performing Travel Counsellors who have achieved record breaking sales, exceptional customer satisfaction and impressive business growth. 12 awards were awarded this year across the following categories: 

Top Sales in Leisure and Corporate (established and newcomer), Top Referrer, Top Margin, Top Phenix Sales, Most Helpful, Top Cruise, Top TC Score (corporate and leisure) and Top Business increase.

And with recognition comes reward! Winners of the 2017 awards enjoyed 5 nights of R&R in Bali while 2018 winners are off to enjoy beautiful Fiji!

 

TRAVEL COUNSELLORS TOP PHENIX AWARDS

Another exciting award is the annual Top Phenix Awards. This award recognises Travel Counsellors who have embraced the incredible Phenix Quote-and-Book technology and as a result have demonstrated business growth. The 10 lucky winners achieved a place on the highly sought after Dubai winners trip:
