I just want to say a BIG HUGE THANK YOU to the IT Team. A couple of weeks ago my laptop just died and I seriously thought I was going to have a heart attack. But the IT Team had ordered me a new one and shipped it to me immediately. I returned the DEAD one and they downloaded all my documents etc and sent me a disk with all my history. After just a couple of hours of the newspaper going on sale, I had 2 enquiries from clients who have never booked with me and even calls from existing clients congratulating me on the feature. I can honestly say that if I had not attended this course, this idea would never have entered my head! You do need to think outside the box sometimes.
