The relationships between Travel Counsellors and head office team becomes like trusted friends, as we get to know each of our Travel Counsellors and their families personally. It is not a numbers game and it truly is a personal business, we care for each other and treat one another with respect.
Travel Counsellors head office work hard to offer the best support that they can to Travel Counsellors in order for Travel Counsellors to deliver an exceptional service to their customers. After our Conference this year that took place onboard the MSC Sinfonia, our TC's decided to club together to buy the head office team a personalised gift, in recognition for their appreciation of all head offices work.
It was wonderful to see how our Travel Counsellors appreciated each member of the head office team, who support them. Each person was given a personalized mug telling us how awesome we were. Wow, what a surprise and such a nice gesture! This doesn’t happen in every company, but it is one that supports the special relationships and friendships between our head office team and TC's. There is a professional relationship that extends into friendship. The mug is something that we will use many times a day (we love our coffee) and it is a constant reminder of the friends that we have made across the company.
