Jess is amazing, takes the time to listen to what we want and also offer her expertise to really enhance our experience and to give us insights we would have never thought of. This is the second time booking a holiday with her, the first being our honeymoon which we are so excited for, and each experience has been phenomenal! She will take the time to tweak the ideas until it is perfect and answer all questions so quickly and put us at ease. Would 100% recommend her and we have to all our family, with our parents also having booked through her and having the same feedback. I don’t think we will book through a commercial travel agent again! Spoilt!
