Due to popular demand, we’re hosting a series of regional recruitment roadshows with a difference!
In the past six months, we’ve seen a huge 67% increase in the number of people starting their own home-based travel businesses with us – so we’re heading to eight venues across the UK to give you a ‘flavour’ of what life is like as a Travel Counsellor.
Why should I attend a Travel Counsellors’ Roadshow?
By attending one of our Roadshows, you’ll learn more about how we empower you to start your own business whilst enjoying regionally inspired dishes and drinks, from afternoon tea in Exeter, to gin tasting it Edinburgh. We’ll tell you more about the industry-leading tools and technology that we provide you with, the routes we have available to becoming a Travel Counsellor and the extensive support you will have to ensure your business is a success.
It’s also a great opportunity to meet existing Travel Counsellors to get first-hand insight into life as a business owner. Tony Walker Banfield joined us over two years ago and regularly attends our events. He said; “I really feel attending a roadshow is vital in making the first step to understanding our business. I attend the events to give advice to anyone who wants insight into how we work and how being a Travel Counsellor could work for them. It was an important decision for me and one that has granted me the freedom to be able to work hours that suit me and my business, as well as financial independence whilst being part of a great support network, so I am always keen to share my experience with others!”
So why is now the perfect time to come and join us?
It’s the best time of year for you to get your new business up and running as you’ll be ready to reap the rewards of January – the biggest booking month in travel!
We’re growing faster than ever, with record numbers of people starting their own businesses as a Travel Counsellor.
We’re coming to you! We’ve made it easier than ever to come and learn more about Travel Counsellors.
Our UK Managing Director Kirsten Hughes said: “2017 has been our strongest ever year for travel professionals joining the business, and we are finding people really appreciate talking face to face about their career path and finding out more first-hand from our Travel Counsellors themselves. People were literally hungry for information so we thought what better way than to combine our biggest ever roadshow event with food to really give people a taste of our world! We’ve even introduced new locations where we haven’t previously held events in order to make it more accessible for people to attend. We want people in the industry to know about the opportunities available to them, and hear about the experiences and success of those that have recently joined the company too.”
Our roadshows will be held in London, Exeter, Bristol, Birmingham, Lincoln, Newcastle, Edinburgh and Glasgow between Friday 16th June and Saturday 24th June. Spaces are limited and are filling fast, so click here to view the dates and register your place.
